Oceania Research & Consulting, LLC was formed by the merger of two well known and established investigation agencies to handle the most unique and challenging of situations. Our multidisciplinary team of seasoned professionals includes licensed investigators, crisis managers, computer, cellular, crime scene, DNA and audio/video forensics experts, a public relations specialist, a mental health professional, legal counsel and air assets. In addition, we maintain affiliate offices and partnerships across the globe to ensure our clients’ interests are secured, regardless of the situation or location.
Zachary Voudrie – Partner
Zach brings over 20 years of experience conducting investigations for both the federal government and the private sector. Zach spent eight years working internationally as a Counterintelligence Special Agent with the Department of the Army, conducting investigations of national security crimes, including espionage, terrorism, treason, sabotage and sedition. He also directed human source operations and provided executive protection to senior level military officers and civilians in hostile fire zones in East Africa and the Middle East. Since leaving this post, he has worked as a licensed private investigator and security consultant. His areas of specialty include resolving sensitive personal matters for his clients, conducting corporate investigations and providing litigation support to law firms.
Zach is licensed in California and Missouri. He is an active member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO), the National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS), the California Associations of Licensed Investigators (CALI) and the Professional Investigators Council of Greater St. Louis (PIC).
Matthew Allen – Partner
Matthew has spent more than twenty years working solely in the private sector resolving critical issues for private families and multi-national corporations. His work has taken him from main street America to the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Central America.
Prior to founding Oceania Research & Consulting, he was the owner of Intelligence Services, LLC, which he started in 2002 after leaving the corporate security department of a Fortune 500 company.
He is an avid outdoorsman and occasional freelance writer.
